Breast Cancer Awareness Ribbon sold by the dozen. These ribbons are handsewn by Macoy craftspeople in USA. They are 3 1/2" tall and about 1" wide. Made of 3/8" pink ribbon and small brass safety pin. Half of the price of this item is donated to the American Cancer Society Making Strides program each October.
